Bartoli Incisioni contributes to this quality by producing the dies that transfer the logo onto the leather: brass, aluminium and Ergal plates; male/female moulds for embossing on bags, wallets, belts, accessories and small leather goods; as well as pantographed steel moulds and dies.

Our moulds are produced using high-resolution CNC engraving, which allows us to reproduce logos with fine serifs, micro-graphic details and background textures with precision and uniform depth.

The male/female pair ensures a crisp embossed image on both sides of the leather, without distortion or smudging, even on leather of varying thicknesses.

We work on both small formats for artisanal production and large-format plates for industrial production, with the option to incorporate variable text or interchangeable codes.
The production process is managed entirely in-house, from vector file conversion to prototype verification, to ensure reliable lead times and controlled results.
